Time Zones?
Most of the festivities will be in Eastern Standard Time with the exception of the ceremony will be in Central Time. Just try to plan accordingly in Eastern Time if that's easier.
Dress Code?
Generally, the dress code will be pretty casual. We will be getting professional photos taken after the ceremony. We only ask the ladies to not wear white because that would be tacky.
Any virtual participation options?
No, due to the location of the ceremony, cell reception will not be great, and it won't be worth it to do a live stream. Feel free to video record the ceremony if you wish just be mindful of the paid photographer.
Are children welcome?
Yes, this will be a family friendly wedding. Please indicate how many children via the RVSP form.
Plus, one?
Yes, we are allowing people to bring a plus one.
Please indicate if you're bringing a plus one via the RVSP form.
Transportation?
We will not providing any special transportation for the events.
Ceremony Rules?
We will not have a flower girl, confetti or anything thrown including the bride's bouquet during the ceremony. The ceremony is at a state park that doesn't allow for anything that could potentially disrupt the natural ecosystem.
As far as, the bouquet toss, the ceremony will be on a cliff so we decided it wouldn't be safe for the guests to try to dive for the bouquet. The bride will not be throwing the bouquet at another location either.
Gifts?
We don't expect gifts but if you would like to get us a gift, we setup a registry on this page, CLICK HERE.
We will also be accepting gifts and cards at the reception.
Back up, indoor ceremony location?
If weather doesn't permit, we will move the ceremony to The Room for You venue. We already booked it for the weekend just in case.
Will there be a garter toss at the reception?
Absolutely not. Nobody wants to see that.
